Evergreen Lake NOW OPEN!

Evergreen Lake is open for ice skating. Please always call the hotline, 720.880.1391, for the most up to date information and remember that all ice skating hours are ice and weather dependent!

Available Programs: 

  • Youth Beginner Ice Skating Lessons: On the Rinky Dink Rink. Click here to register!
  • FREE Hockey with the Avalanche on Evergreen Lake! This event is designed to provide kids the chance to experience ice hockey completely free of charge. Click here to register!
  • Teen Glow Skate Night, February 1! Wrap up the Third annual Chill Out Fest with Teen Glow Skate night on Evergreen Lake from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM! Anyone ages 12-18 with a valid school I.D will be able to come skate for $5! DJ, rentals and glow sticks provided! 
  • Adult Beginner Ice Skating: On Rinky Dink Rink. Click here to register! 
  • Pick up Pond Hockey: Tuesdays from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Click here to sign up!

Yes! It's already time to think about Summer Camps! Here's what you need to know:

Camp Registration Dates:
District Residents: March 3, 2025
Non-District Residents: March 5, 2025

2025 Camp Dates:
May 28 - August 8, 2025

Senior ~ New Fitness Class!

Fitness Programs

  • NEW! Stretch & Strength: Fridays, 10:30 AM @ BPRC This gentle, senior-focused class is designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance through low-impact exercises tailored to all fitness levels.
  • Tai Chi: Tai Chi Chuan is a Taoist internal martial art. It is learned within an ancient system of fluid, rounded, and balanced movements. Click here to Register.

Our next Board of Director's Meeting is Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at 5:00 PM at Buchanan Park Recreation Center (BPRC). It will be in person with a virtual option through Microsoft Teams.
