Evergreen Park & Recreation District offers Gymnastics programming for adults ages 18 and older. Learn more below about Adult Open Gymnastics, Adult Gymnastics Classes, and Adult Aerial Classes.

    Adult Open Gymnastics (18+ yrs) 

    Evergreen Park & Recreation District offers Adult patrons the opportunity to drop in to the Gymnastics Gym at Wulf Recreation Center throughout the week.

    Adult Gymnastics Classes (18+ yrs) 
    • No experience necessary
    • 85-min structured drop-in gymnastics class for all skill levels
    • Work on tumbling, balance, swinging, and skill progressions in all events
    • 16+ yrs welcome during the school year
    • All classes are held at Wulf Recreation Center.
