Alderfer / Three Sisters Barn Site

Alderfer Park Pavilions and Meadow are unavailable to Rent in 2025 due to ongoing Jefferson County Open Space work at the site.

The parkland is owned by Jefferson County Open Space. The Evergreen Park & Recreation District leases 5 acres of the property where Alderfer Ranch is located.

  • 335 acres in size (5 acres leased by EPRD)
  • Developed trails, approximately 4.25 miles (one trail head located off Buffalo Park Road and one parking lot off LeMaster Road)
