Alderfer / Three Sisters Barn Site

Alderfer Park Shelter are unavailable to rent in 2025/2026 due to ongoing Jefferson County Open Space construction work at the site.

The parkland is owned by Jefferson County Open Space. The Evergreen Park & Recreation District leases 5 acres of the property where Alderfer Ranch is located.

Amenities

  • 335 acres in size (.81 acres leased by EPRD)
  • Developed trails, approximately 4.25 miles (one trail head located off Buffalo Park Road and one parking lot off LeMaster Road)
  • Picnic shelters (2) with two picnic tables each (for reservation information please reach out to Jarred Lilyhorn.
