2025 Business Membership Wellness Rates
6-Month Pass
| Membership Level | Number of Employees | Membership Rate |
|---|---|---|
| Level One | 5 employees | $183 per person |
| Level Two | 6 to 9 employees | $172 per person |
| Level Three | 10 or more employees | $162 per person |
There is a one-time fee of $3 per person for a District ID card.
Sign Your Business Up for the Program
A Workplace Wellness Participation Agreement and staff lists must be provided to EPRD prior to any discounts and updated every 6 months.
