We are offering several fitness classes in-person at BPRC. All in-person classes have a drop-in fee per class or you can use your cycling/fitness 10-punch card or monthly fitness pass.

Evergreen Park & Recreation District offers a wide variety of fitness and wellness opportunities. Our goal is to fulfill the physical needs of our patrons by providing classes that are geared toward all fitness levels and abilities. Circl Mobility
Based on the science of functional movement, Circl Mobility focuses on flexibility, breath work, and mobility exercises. This class will help you release stiffness and tension, restore your range of motion to speed recovery while improving balance and focus, and renew your ability to enhance muscle activation and circulation.
Combat Circuit
Experience a full-body workout that combines HIIT with martial arts-inspired moves and functional circuits. You’ll push your strength and endurance as you transition between dynamic punching and kicking drills, precision focused strikes and overall endurance focused flows. (Suitable for all levels with a willingness to push yourself and have fun)
Fitness Fusion Indoor Cycling
With the first half of the class comprising a cycle ride, and the second half moving off the bike for a full-body strength workout, the possibilities are endless. The extensive advantages of strength and cardio hybrid delivered in an efficient amount of time will give riders extra conditioning without needing to find the extra time.
Gentle Flow
This yoga is for you if you're ready to wake up and gently move. The class will include meditation, breath work and yoga postures designed to free your joints and strengthen muscles while including standing and balance poses designed to rejuvenate you. This is a great way to start your day. No prior yoga experience required - everyone is welcome
PiYo
PiYo is a hybrid, athletic workout, which combines the mind/body practices of yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning, and dynamic movement. We crank up the music, the speed, and the fun to give you an intense, yet low-impact workout.
Pure Strength
The ultimate Cardio, Glute, and Core class: tighten, firm, tone, and strengthen low back, glutes, obliques, and abdominal muscles. BOSU will be added for balance and complete core work.
Ski Conditioning
Come get ready to hit the slopes this season with the newest ski conditioning class. We will focus on strength, cardio, balance and power to up your ski game. Exercises will be targeting legs, core and upper body strength.
Turbo Kick
The ultimate cardio-kickboxing experience. Perfect for the beginner and elite fitness enthusiast alike! This fat-burning workout combines cardio kickboxing with body-sculpting HIIT moves choreographed to the hottest music mixes. Get lean, get toned, and feel unstoppable in the class that’s high energy and super addicting!
Zumba
You’ve seen the smiles, you’ve felt the energy - it’s Zumba! This workout combines high energy and motivating music with simple synchronized dance movements designed for any fitness level. Aerobic fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms tones and sculpts the body. Then Zumba is for you! No dance experience is necessary.
Instructional Indoor Cycling at BPRC
Experienced and novice riders will learn proper cycling form and bike setup to get the ultimate aerobic workout! All Indoor Cycling classes designed to get the heart pumping and the legs spinning. Classes will include endurance training, timed interval work, great music, and more.

Drop-in fees or punch cards can be used to pay for any class. Due to limited space of 12 people per class, any no-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged for their reservation.

Notes:

- Please arrive at least 10 minutes early if you are new to our facility.
- Check-in and payment must be completed at the front desk before class begins.
- EPRD Fitness passes and drop-in fees are available.
- All patrons are strongly encouraged to have a reservation as drop-ins cannot be guaranteed a space.
- Limit one sign-up per day per person. If you do not show up, you will be charged for one fitness punch.
- Reservations will hold your bike until 5 minutes past class start time.
- If you are not present at that time the reservation will be forfeit and the bike will be made available to other participants

Indoor Cycling at BPRC
This class is a high energy fun group workout focusing on endurance, strength & intervals for improving fitness levels. Cycle class is perfect for those who just want to saddle up and get fit without having to learn routines or specific moves.

Personal Training Sessions
Our personal trainers are certified, fitness professionals. Personal trainers set their own schedules and will help you to develop and/or to improve your exercise routine. Our trainers offer group personal training with 2 to 4 clients at a time. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment; the client will be charged for a full session if there is less than 24 hours' notice of a cancellation or a no-show by the client. All sessions are for one hour unless noted otherwise.

XL Fitness
Join Rob Brewer in the XL Fitness classes to achieve your peak health goals. Your primary goal should be feeling and performing your best. Your fitness routine should allow you to do more of what you love. XL Fitness focuses on agility, mobility, strength, and cardiovascular health in a fast-paced, high-intensity class setting using calisthenics and weight training. These classes will help you gain muscle and lose fat through fitness and proper nutrition. Your life will improve on every level. Monthly fee covers 10 classes a week. Try it for one week for free.

Youth Weight Room Orientations
Certified trainers provide an introduction to cardio and weight equipment, including proper form and technique for maximum safety and effectiveness. Sessions are 45 minutes in length and may be scheduled with 4 people per orientation. Contact the front desk for more information at 720-880-1200 or 720-880-1100. Youth weight room orientations are also offered once a month with our trainers at BPRC for $10 per person.

Weight Room Rules and Guidelines
- Please return weights and dumbbells to their proper rack.
- Always use weight collars and spotters.
- Please do not drop weights.
- Please keep hands and feet clear of weight equipment when in operation.
- Please wipe down the equipment when finished.
- Shirt and closed-toe shoes are required.
- Ages 13-15 must complete a weight room orientation or be accompanied by an adult
- Children 9-12 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
- Please keep all personal belongings in the locker room.
- No food or drinks, besides water, are allowed in the weight rooms
Cardio/Weight Room Policy for Youth (9 to 15 Years)
Evergreen Park & Recreation District’s cardio/weight areas are available for use by patrons 9 years and older. For safety reasons, youth 9 to 12 years must be accompanied by a paid adult (18 and older). Youth 13 to 15 years who would like to use the weight/cardio area without adult supervision may schedule a weight room orientation or a private/semi private session with a personal trainer.
Kent Gaither, LMT, offers a holistic approach to the body, mind, and spirit through the practice of breath, stillness, and healing touch. Kent's intuitive technique is personalized to serve each client's needs for pain and stress relief, through deep relaxation for a Zen-full state of being. His massage practice incorporates Swedish, Thai, Myofascial Release (MFR), Deep Tissue, Sports, and Prenatal massage modalities for an integrative table massage. He also offers a traditional Thai Massage performed on a Thai mat.
