Take EPRD Fitness Classes In Person at Buchanan Park Recreation Center!
We are offering several fitness classes in-person at BPRC. All in-person classes have a drop-in fee per class or you can use your cycling/fitness 10-punch card or monthly fitness pass.

Circl Mobility
Based on the science of functional movement, Circl Mobility focuses on flexibility, breath work, and mobility exercises. This class will help you release stiffness and tension, restore your range of motion to speed recovery while improving balance and focus, and renew your ability to enhance muscle activation and circulation.
Fitness Fusion Indoor Cycling
With the first half of the class comprising a cycle ride, and the second half moving off the bike for a full-body strength workout, the possibilities are endless. The extensive advantages of strength and cardio hybrid delivered in an efficient amount of time will give riders extra conditioning without needing to find the extra time.

I have lived in Colorado for the last 22 years with my husband, 2 children and our dog. I love ALL things health, wellbeing, athletic and outdoors. I bike, hike, ruck, ski, fly fish, meditate, practice yoga, and white water raft. I’m an avid reader, love to learn new things and share what I am learning with our EPRD clients. I have been teaching fitness at EPRD for over 12 years. I currently teach Indoor Cycling and Fitness Fusion at Buchanan Recreation Center. I truly enjoy connecting with people and working together to create a fun and meaningful fitness journey.

Gentle Flow
This yoga is for you if you're ready to wake up and gently move. The class will include meditation, breath work and yoga postures designed to free your joints and strengthen muscles while including standing and balance poses designed to rejuvenate you. This is a great way to start your day. No prior yoga experience required - everyone is welcome

Formerly an elementary school teacher and 20 plus year water aerobics instructor, I fell in love with yoga mid-life and have been learning and growing ever since. One of the things I love best about yoga is that I am both a continual student and teacher.
As a teacher, I hope to enthusiastically share the joy of yoga in a lighthearted way that honors everyone. I strive to encourage students to be curious as they explore their practice without judgement, while tossing in a little fun and laughter along the way.
When not practicing yoga, you can find me playing on Evergreen Lake with my SUP paddle board, hiking in the mountains, listening to live music and generally enjoying the beauty of Colorado.
PiYo
PiYo is a hybrid, athletic workout, which combines the mind/body practices of yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning, and dynamic movement. We crank up the music, the speed, and the fun to give you an intense, yet low-impact workout.
Pure Strength
The ultimate Cardio, Glute, and Core class: tighten, firm, tone, and strengthen low back, glutes, obliques, and abdominal muscles. BOSU will be added for balance and complete core work.
Ski Conditioning
Come get ready to hit the slopes this season with the newest ski conditioning class. We will focus on strength, cardio, balance and power to up your ski game. Exercises will be targeting legs, core and upper body strength.

Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardioand plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. XL Fitness
Classes are offered as a monthly enrollment
Join Rob Brewer in the XL Fitness classes to achieve your peak health goals. Your primary goal should be feeling and performing your best. Your fitness routine should allow you to do more of what you love. XL Fitness focuses on agility, mobility, strength, and cardiovascular health in a fast-paced, high-intensity class setting using calisthenics and weight training. These classes will help you gain muscle and lose fat through fitness and proper nutrition. Your life will improve on every level. Monthly fee covers 10 classes a week. Try it for one week for free.

Zumba
You’ve seen the smiles, you’ve felt the energy - it’s Zumba! This workout combines high energy and motivating music with simple synchronized dance movements designed for any fitness level. Aerobic fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms tones and sculpts the body. Then Zumba is for you! No dance experience is necessary.
