Outdoor Climbing Camp
Intro to Outdoor Climbing (10 to 16 years)
Experience outdoor rock climbing on ropes in Colorado's front range. During this camp your child will learn the techniques needed to climb outdoors as well as how to be a safe and responsible member of the outdoor climbing community. Weather permitting. Camp will be held inside at Buchanan's climbing pinnacle in the case of inclement weather. Drop off and pick up at Buchanan Recreation Center. Please wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes for a day in the mountains. Water, lunch, snack, and sunscreen are also needed. Hat and sunglasses are recommended.
- Cost $285 DR/ $355 NDR per week
- Monday through Thursday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Participants may register for one weekly 4-day session or more.

There are no refunds, credits, or transfers. Late pick up charge for child care will be charged to your account. After 4 PM, there is a $10 charge for 1 to 15 minutes late and another $10 for 15 to 30 minutes late. The District accepts these methods of payment: cash, check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
What to Bring:
Appropriate clothing and footwear for a day in the mountains (rain gear), water bottle, lunch, snacks and sunscreen. Hat, sunglasses and an extra jacket are recommended.
