Buchanan Park Rec Center Rooms:

Wulf Rec Center Rooms:
Aspen Room - Up to 30 People
Birch Room - Up to 50 People

Birthday Parties
Pool, Climbing, Dance & Gymnastics Birthday Parties
- Facility admission, tables, chairs, and kitchenette
- Time block includes set-up, clean-up and actual use time
- Full payment due at time of booking
- Pool/climbing parties do share pool and climbing wall with others
- Pool at Wulf Recreation Center (WRC) does offer floating Wibit or Rolling Log and diving board
- Pool at Buchanan Park Recreation Center (BPRC) does offer our outdoor patio for a small additional fee
- Dance parties include choice of ballet, jazz, or hip hop

Aquatic Refund Policy:
- No make-up classes or refunds are offered for missed classes
- Class refunds must be made at least 1 week before the session begins
- Refunds for parties must be made at least 2 weeks before the event date
- No refunds are given once the session has begun
- Exceptions will be at the Aquatic Supervisor's discretion
Evergreen Lake House
Rental Assets
- Picturesque mountain location at the edge of Evergreen Lake
- 30-foot by 30-foot Octagon Room accommodates up to 30 people
- Great Room accommodates up to 200 people
- Prep kitchen, tables, chairs
- Available for rental from mid-March through first week of December

- Park Shelters available for rental at the following parks:
- Alderfer Barn and Meadow Site
- Arrowhead Park
- Kittredge Park
- Marshdale Park
- Stagecoach Park
- Note: Evergreen Lake Park is not available for park shelter or picnic table rentals
- Permits are required for groups of 25 or more
- Permits are suggested for groups <25 people in order to reserve space for your private event
- Festival 30'x30' tents, folding tables, and chairs are available for rental (extra fee)
