We know it can be tough sometimes exercising at home. We have been posting a lot of tips, apps, etc. on our Facebook & Twitter to help keep you going.
We are also offering a few EPRD fitness classes via Zoom. Susan Wescott is doing a morning strength class Tue-Sat. This class is 45 minutes focusing on all areas of fitness: cardio, strength, core and functional flexibility. Paige and Leslie will do a SilverSneakers Classic class at 9:15 AM on Mondays and Fridays. Depending on response, we may add more classes in April.
