Food is probably the number one thing hikers think about while on the trail, but it is not always the most thought out. Making sure you have enough food and the right kind of food can play a huge part in making or breaking your adventure. Join nutrition and fitness coach Jen, as she teaches you how to make easy, yet nutritionally sound, trail snacks and speedy, healthy seasonal meals at home! We are offering food/hike combo outings as well as nutritious and delicious, recipe-only classes. Something for everyone!

Take EPRD Fitness Classes In Person or via Zoom!

We are offering several classes online and in-person at BPRC.  Zoom-only classes are $16 DR/$20 NDR for the week (whether its one class or multiple classes).  All in-person classes have a drop-in fee of $14 DR/ $18 NDR per class or use your punch card.  Classes can be done online from the comfort of your home or done in-person - you choose!
