Youth Trail Running Class (10 to 17 Years)
Come explore the trails at Buchanan Park Recreation Center! If you enjoy being active and outside, this five-week class is for you! All abilities are welcome as we work on building endurance, speed, and strength each week while exploring new routes. We’ll learn about:

- Proper technique for uphill/downhill running
- Running gear
