Getting youth involved at a young age in sports and activities helps teach them to stay active their entire lives. Evergreen Park & Recreation District (EPRD) allows toddlers to teens to participate in a wide array of sports and activities including basketball, martial arts, trail running, climbing, mountain biking, volleyball, dance, soccer, fencing, tennis, and football. Middle school sports are no longer part of many school curriculums, but EPRD helps many students with several sports such as volleyball, cross-country, track, and basketball. Whether your child is a team player or prefers individual sports, EPRD has an activity to help him/her thrive.
