LISTING OF PARKS
The Evergreen Park & Recreation District owns over 75 acres of parkland on 15 different parcels and partners with various other agencies in the management of approximately 180 additional acres on 7 additional parcels. Components of the Evergreen Park and Recreation District's managed park property include:

The Evergreen Park & Recreation District (EPRD) has comprehensive Park Rules and Regulations (PDF) and Park Permit Guidelines (PDF). The following are a few quick notes regarding our parks:
- The District does not have any overnight park facilities.
- Fires are not allowed.
- Jefferson County’s leash law is applied to District Properties. Please pick up after your pet while using EPRD Parks. Jefferson County Animal Control has jurisdiction over dog issues in unincorporated Jefferson County. The Animal Control Office can be reached Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM at 303-271-5070. For after-hours and animal emergencies, please call 303-277-0211.
If you are interested in reserving a park shelter for a party or other event, please call our Office Administrator - Parks at 720-880-1015 or email Luke Boldman - Marketing & Park Operations Support regarding information about applying for a District Park Permit. Park permits are required for groups of 25 or more and suggested for any size group to reserve the space for your next picnic, party or event. We also offer 30-foot by 30-foot tents, a 16-foot by 20-foot mobile stage, and tables and chairs for rent.

Currently EPRD Park Operations can only accept park use payments in the form of a check, money order or cash. Payment can mailed to or dropped off at our EPRD Administration building:

*It is highly suggested to plan your park reservation with EPRD at least 2 weeks in advance of your desired reservation date. We will need time to process your park permit application and receive mail-in payment for the park use permit.

Alderfer / Three Sisters Barn Site
This parkland is owned by Jefferson County Open Space. The Evergreen Park and Recreation District leases 5 acres of the property where Alderfer Ranch is located.

Arrowhead Park
The Arrowhead Park Improvement Project was completed in the spring of 2012, which included new playground equipment. Parkland owned by Christian Fellowship Church and Indian Hills Fire District. Parkland is leased and maintained by the Evergreen Park and Recreation District.

Buchanan Park
The Buchanan Park parkland is owned and maintained by the Evergreen Park and Recreation District.

Evergreen Lake & Trail
Evergreen Lake and Trail is part of Dedisse Park, owned by the City and County of Denver and is managed by the Evergreen Park & Recreation District. Entering the park and lake area is at your own risk. Ice and lake conditions are subject to nature and are changing constantly.

Graham Field
Graham Park is adjacent to Bergen Valley Elementary School. Mr. David Graham donated the entire 4.47 acres. The parkland is owned and maintained by the Evergreen Park and Recreation District.

Kittredge Park
The Kittredge Park parkland is owned by Jefferson County. Parkland is leased and managed by the Evergreen Park and Recreation District.

Marshdale Park
The Marshdale Park parkland is owned and maintained by the Evergreen Park and Recreation District. Each season the field is striped for a different combination of sports. The park also has two tennis courts, a playground, and a picnic pavilion.

Stagecoach Park
The Stagecoach Park parkland is owned and maintained by the Evergreen Park and Recreation District. The playground opened October 9, 2007, and the District plated 90 trees on the site and transplanted 4 older growth trees that existed on the site and moved them to the southeast corner.

Wulf Park
The Wulf Park parkland is owned by Jefferson County Public Schools. Parkland is leased and managed by the Evergreen Park and Recreation District.
